AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFIERS IF THE HOME IS/HAS A
● Adjacent to commercial property
● Prefabricated/manufactured/mobile home
● HOA able to evict tenants
● Golf/club membership requirement
● Significant structural/environmental (foundation/mold) hazards
If you have a home that has a disqualifier I will still be able to market it but it will be advertised and handled slightly differently to attract the right buyers.
Some buyers may be able to close sooner and they have the funds at the ready so they are not subject to the traditional higher interest rates right now. They are ready to buy.
They will also buy tenant occupied properties, but prefer vacant at closing. It’s not a deal breaker 🙂
