General Questions
I mainly serve the Davis County and Salt Lake City areas but if you have a distinctive home to sell in other areas along the Wasatch Front and in Park City I can provide an outstanding marketing service when you list with me.
For Buyers

I spend a considerable amount of time researching and previewing homes with you so I have a vested interest in learning what I can about your needs and unique situation. The first time we meet will be at my office in Kaysville. This is a pre-meeting where you and I both decide if I can best serve your needs before we view homes. If you are happy for me to represent you I will ask you to sign a standard Buyer’s Agent agreement. Please bring current photo ID. If you are not a cash buyer and have not met with a lender I can recommend some very good lending options depending on what type of loan is best suited to you. Once we have this completed we can go shopping!
For Sellers
I service all types of residential properties in the Davis County and Salt Lake City areas however, because I offer a unique and sought after video and online marketing service I will list homes in other parts of Utah along the Wasatch Front and in Park City. Generally these are distinctive homes in the mid to higher price bracket that are looking to attract local, national and international buyers.
