Number of listings entered represents residential properties that are entered into the MLS within a given timeframe.

These are very important statistics that show the latest market numbers

Active listings represent properties that are currently available for sale, with no offer to purchase having been accepted.

Under Contract listings represent properties in which an offer to purchase the property has been accepted. This also includes listings where an offer has been accepted, but the property is still being marketed to solicit additional, back up offers.

Active-No Show listings represent properties that are not actively being marketed or shown, either for a temporary period of time or for the remaining duration of the listing agreement.

Sold listings are listings where the property has sold and title has transferred from the seller to the buyer.

Back to Market statistics include listings that were in either the ‘Under Contract’ or ‘Backup’ statuses and returned to the ‘Active’ status during the time period reflected.
